Ingredient
 1 cup Sonny Marie's Waffle/Pancake Mix
 1 cup Milk
 2 tbsp Sugar
 1 tsp Vanilla
 1 Egg
 Powder Sugar for Sprinkling

Mix sugar with your Sonny Marie's Waffle/Pancake Mix into a bowl

Add in milk

Add in vanilla

Add ONE egg

Mix all ingredients in your bowl until a smooth batter

Transfer your batter into a container with a small opening that you will use to pour your funnel cake batter from to cook

Add 1/4" layer of cooking oil to your pan and heat your stove top to hot on medium/high

Once hot, pour your batter into the pan in funnel cake patterns and cook for 2-3 minutes or until you can see the edges start to brown up

Flip your Funnel Cake and cook until brown

Remove your Funnel Cake from the pan carefully onto a paper towel. Repeat Steps 8-9 until your out of batter
