Gluten Free Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Flatbread Pizza

1 package of Sonny Marie's Gluten Free Flatbread (qty 5)
1 cup your favorite Gluten Free Barbecue Sauce
2 cups chopped chicken
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup diced pineapple
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Use a Silcone Baking Sheet or Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread you favorite Gluten Free BBQ sauce evenly over the top of each flatbread.
Top each flatbread with mozzarella, red onion, pineapple and your shredded chicken
Place into oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the crust is crisp and the cheese is melted on top.
Cut flatbread into wedges, drizzle with BBQ Sauce, garnish with Cilantri and serve immediately,
